Having first experienced IET as a client of the lovely Carla I decided I would love to learn this beautiful healing modality myself.  Carla and Therese were offering workshops in Carla’s beautiful space in Malahide, Soul to Sole Wellbeing.  The weekend was truly beautiful. I felt like we were cocooned in Carla’s beautiful space and didn’t really want to leave! I loved every miunte of the weekend and felt the healing benefits myself during the weeks following the workshops. 5 STARS! Carla's Introduction to Aromatherapy course gave me a new appreciation and understanding of aromatherapy and how it can help in our everyday lives. This course provided a lot of useful reference material and involved the perfect blend of listening as well as participation. It was a good introduction to essential oils especially for those who want to use them more in their everyday self-care practices as well as around their house and for their families.  Perhaps the highlight was the hands-on part of smelling the oils and making our own blend.  I would highly recommend booking in and getting stuck in this fun and therapeutic practice.

I heard and had received and IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) treatment from Carla, and was curious as to how I would feel about studying it.  I was going through a difficult time grieving as I lost my Godmother who was a second Mom to me… always by my side.  As soon as I got there I knew that this was the beginning of a healing ‘journey’ rather than just a once off ‘fix’; also was feeling so excited about it, so happy/ emotional… Both Carla and Therese had an amazing way of making me and the rest of the group comfortable, which allowed me especially to open up and share my feelings.  It only took the first Basic Level IET day to help me flush out emotions that were bottled up inside. Intermediate Level IET, the next day, I felt much lighter and so grateful to both of them, because they really helped me in coping with that sadness and that emptiness in my heart and soul.  They really know what they are doing, the way in which the courses were delivered was so professional and everything was explained with such clarity.  I found it to be a very powerful course and very high in vibrational energy. I am looking forward to completing the Advanced Level IET with them, I cannot praise them both enough.
